When you grant us access to your website platform (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, etc.), we use that access solely to implement AEO optimizations as agreed during onboarding. This includes adding pages, installing schema markup, and making content updates. You can revoke our access at any time through your platform's settings.
We retain client data for the duration of our service engagement plus 90 days. After that period, we delete your data from our active systems. Form submissions from prospective clients who do not become clients are deleted upon request.
Content we create on your website (Answer Hubs, Brand Facts pages, schema markup) remains on your website under your control. Third-party profiles created using your email alias belong to you and remain active under your account.
